The Rajasthan UG portal lists a 2026-27 information booklet, a tentative schedule, a provisional merit list, and fee and seat-matrix notices dated 12 September 2026. These are separate documents serving different purposes.
Match the course, quota and institution across the booklet, current matrix and approved fee notice. A tentative matrix should not be treated as the final number of seats in every later round.
Check for revised notices before registration, choice filling or reporting. The portal's older introductory text may refer to a previous session; use the session shown on the actual document.

Rajasthan Domicile Criteria (Clauses I to VI) & NRI Rules
To be eligible for 85% State Quota seats, candidate must satisfy at least ONE of the following 6 Domicile criteria (Booklet Page 7):
15% Private All India Quota & 15% NRI Quota Rules
- 15% Private AIQ Seats: Conducted by Rajasthan AYUSH Board and open to eligible NEET-qualified candidates from ALL states across India without domicile restriction.
- 15% NRI Quota (Private Colleges):
- 1st Priority: NRI candidates with ancestral background in Rajasthan (candidate / parents / grandparents resided min 5 years in Rajasthan; proof of address like registry, electricity bill, passport, Aadhaar required).
- 2nd Priority: Vacant NRI seats will be allotted to NRI candidates belonging to other states.
- PIO / OCI: Overseas Citizens of India & Persons of Indian Origin are fully eligible under NRI Quota.
- Sponsorship Date: NRI undertaking must have been executed on or after the NEET-2026 exam date (21.06.2026).

Your application, step by step
- Identify your seat route. Match NEET UG session, course, quota and authority. Open the portal from the authority’s own notice.
- Prepare the file set. Use legible scans in the specified size/format and names matching your certificates.
- Register and pay. Save the application number, submitted form and successful payment receipt; a bank debit alone may not confirm submission.
- Resolve deficiencies. Check verification status, correction notices and the eligible-candidate list.
- Order your preferences. Compare recognition, course, clinical exposure, total fees and location. Save the locked choice list.
- Read the allotment instructions. Complete acceptance, fees and physical/online reporting exactly as directed.
- Keep proof of joining. Collect the admission acknowledgement and read the next-round rule before opting for an upgrade or exit.

Upgradation, Free Exit & ₹25,000 Security Deposit Rules (Section 8.4)
Every candidate must deposit ₹25,000/- online before online choice filling. For candidates who join the allotted college, this ₹25,000 is adjusted towards their 1st-year tuition fee. If NO seat is allotted in ANY round, the full ₹25,000 is refunded to the candidate's bank account after all rounds conclude.
Only candidates allotted a seat in Round 1 are eligible for a refund of the ₹25,000 counselling fee, provided they surrender their allotted seat before the release of the Round 2 schedule. Candidates allotted seats in Round 2 or subsequent rounds who surrender will FORFEIT the counselling fee!
To be eligible for Upgradation in Round 2, the candidate MUST physically report in Round 1 at AYUSH Bhawan Jaipur, deposit the annual tuition fee DD, and submit original documents. They must then submit a fresh choice-filling form for Round 2. (Previous choices are NOT carried forward).
The ₹25,000 counselling fee stands forfeited if:
- A candidate is allotted a seat in Round 2 or subsequent rounds and fails to report/pay college fee within the deadline.
- A candidate surrenders an allotted seat after Round 2 schedule publication.
- A candidate is upgraded in Round 2 but fails to report at the upgraded college (admission cancelled).
- Admission is cancelled due to incorrect/fake certificates or documents.

Compare colleges and courses
Shortlist by the course you want to study, then compare government/private ownership, location, clinical exposure, the total cost and the actual seat category. Do not rank a college only by its name or an unofficial intake total.
Use the current college-wise matrix and relevant permissions. A college appearing in an older list does not confirm that all its seats are available in this round.
For earlier cutoffs, match course, quota, category, round, session and rank type. The NEET qualifying cutoff is different from the last admitted candidate’s closing rank.
Upgrades, exit and security deposit
Read the round-specific rules before you choose to join, upgrade or resign. Do not assume a Round 1 facility remains available in a later round.
- Fresh registration: is a new applicant allowed, and is another payment required?
- Choice retention: are previous choices carried forward or must you fill a new list?
- Upgrade: what happens to the existing seat if a higher preference is allotted?
- Exit or resignation: which mode and deadline are valid, and is an acknowledgement required?
- Forfeiture: which actions affect the deposit or eligibility for later rounds?
- Other counselling: how does joining a central, state or institutional seat affect further participation?
Keep the official notice and a copy of every acceptance, resignation or joining acknowledgement. An informal message to a college may not count as a valid portal action.

No. Treat AACCC and the relevant state or institution as separate application routes. Check whether you need separate registration, payment and document verification for the seats you want.
Does this guide confirm that all AYUSH courses are available here?
No. Verify each course and college in the current official matrix. A state page also helps students explore central or nomination routes where a local option is not confirmed.
Can an outside-state candidate apply?
Check the exact quota and category in the Rajasthan notice. Do not infer eligibility from the college being private or from a general “open state” description.
Are the reference fees and cutoffs current?
Reference notes are dated background material. Use the applicable session’s official fee order and round result. A previous closing rank does not guarantee an allotment.
What should I save after choice locking?
Save the submitted preference order and the portal’s locking acknowledgement. Recheck instructions if a later round requires new choices.
