Official Delhi AYUSH Dual Counselling Portals
Delhi 85% State Quota counselling is split into two independent portals depending on the college affiliation. Candidates eligible for Delhi quota can register on both portals independently:
Faculty of Medical Sciences (DU - FMSC)
Counselling for A & U Tibbia College (BAMS & BUMS) and Nehru Homoeopathic Medical College (BHMS).
Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha Univ. (GGSIPU)
Counselling for Ch. Brahm Prakash Ayurved (CBPACS) (BAMS) and Dr. B.R. Sur Homoeopathic College (BHMS).
AACCC Central AYUSH Counselling
Counselling for 15% AIQ Seats in all Delhi Govt AYUSH Colleges and 100% Deemed Seats (Jamia Hamdard SUMER).
Dates, rounds and reporting
The current round schedule must come from the official Delhi notice for UG. This guide does not label an old announcement as a live registration window.

Eligibility & Delhi Quota Rules

| 85% Delhi State Quota | Candidate must have passed 11th and 12th standard (or equivalent) from a recognized school/institution situated within the National Capital Territory (NCT) of Delhi. |
| Patrachar / NIOS Students | Eligible if both their study center and examination center were located within the NCT of Delhi. A certificate from Patrachar/NIOS authority is required. |
| 15% All India Quota | Open to all candidates across India via AACCC (Ayush Admissions Central Counseling Committee) counselling. |
| Basic Qualification | Passed 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotech, and English. Minimum 50% for UR, 40% for SC/ST, and 45% for PwD. NEET UG 2026 qualified. |
Domicile, category and seat eligibility
Before adding a Delhi preference, identify which seat pool you are applying to. A college can have more than one admission route, and the conditions may differ.
- Find the quota and category labels in the official seat matrix.
- Read the matching residence, schooling, institutional or service conditions in the bulletin.
- Check the issuing authority, validity period and format for each claimed certificate.
- Confirm whether an outside-state candidate can apply to that specific seat pool.
Do not assume a fixed reservation percentage or a universal “open state” rule. If a certificate is pending, follow the stated deficiency or correction process rather than assuming it can be submitted after allotment.

DU (FMSC) Counselling Process
Online Registration & Fee Payment
Visit fmsc.ac.in. Register using NEET roll number and DOB. Pay the registration fee (UR/OBC/EWS: ₹1,500; SC/ST/PwD: ₹1,000).
Document Upload & Verification
Upload NEET scorecard, 10th/12th certificates, Delhi school principal certificate, and category certificates. Trained staff will verify these online.
Choice Filling & Seat Allotment
After successful verification, fill choices for Tibbia or Nehru Homoeopathic. Check the allotment result online.
Enrolment & Application Fee
Visit ipu.admissions.nic.in. Fresh applicants must pay an application fee of ₹2,500 (if not paid earlier) plus a Counselling Participation Fee of ₹1,000.
Choice Filling & Allotment
Fill preferences for CBPACS or Dr. B.R. Sur. Seats are allocated based on merit and category.
Part Academic Fee Payment
To confirm the allotted seat, candidates must pay a Part Academic Fee of ₹60,000. Failing this, the seat is canceled, and the candidate cannot participate in subsequent rounds.
Fees: build a complete admission budget
Keep counselling payments separate from the cost of the course. Use the official fee notice for your category, institution and quota; a figure from another state or level is not a valid substitute.

Never treat “refundable” as unconditional. Preserve receipts and check the authority’s published refund process and bank-account requirements.
Compare colleges and courses
Shortlist by the course you want to study, then compare government/private ownership, location, clinical exposure, the total cost and the actual seat category. Do not rank a college only by its name or an unofficial intake total.
Use the current college-wise matrix and relevant permissions. A college appearing in an older list does not confirm that all its seats are available in this round.
For earlier cutoffs, match course, quota, category, round, session and rank type. The NEET qualifying cutoff is different from the last admitted candidate’s closing rank.
Upgrades, exit and security deposit
Read the round-specific rules before you choose to join, upgrade or resign. Do not assume a Round 1 facility remains available in a later round.
- Fresh registration: is a new applicant allowed, and is another payment required?
- Choice retention: are previous choices carried forward or must you fill a new list?
- Upgrade: what happens to the existing seat if a higher preference is allotted?
- Exit or resignation: which mode and deadline are valid, and is an acknowledgement required?
- Forfeiture: which actions affect the deposit or eligibility for later rounds?
- Other counselling: how does joining a central, state or institutional seat affect further participation?
Keep the official notice and a copy of every acceptance, resignation or joining acknowledgement. An informal message to a college may not count as a valid portal action.

Delhi UG counselling questions
Does AACCC registration cover state counselling too?
No. Treat AACCC and the relevant state or institution as separate application routes. Check whether you need separate registration, payment and document verification for the seats you want.
Does this guide confirm that all AYUSH courses are available here?
No. Verify each course and college in the current official matrix. A state page also helps students explore central or nomination routes where a local option is not confirmed.
Can an outside-state candidate apply?
Check the exact quota and category in the Delhi notice. Do not infer eligibility from the college being private or from a general “open state” description.
Are the reference fees and cutoffs current?
Reference notes are dated background material. Use the applicable session’s official fee order and round result. A previous closing rank does not guarantee an allotment.
What should I save after choice locking?
Save the submitted preference order and the portal’s locking acknowledgement. Recheck instructions if a later round requires new choices.
